LAUNCH · Pinterest

Get a Pinterest ads plan from your website URL.

Paste your URL, add your margin and budget, and get a campaign structure with three creative briefs. Pinterest behaves differently from Meta: people arrive planning a purchase rather than being interrupted into one, which changes the creative, the seasonality and how long attribution takes to resolve.

What this is not. It does not connect to your Pinterest account. It reads your public website and the numbers you type. Pinterest's long consideration window means early results understate performance more than they do on Meta, so give it longer before judging. Why Pinterest is a planning surface, not an interruption

Most paid social interrupts someone doing something else. Pinterest catches people who are already searching and saving with an intention to buy, often weeks before they do. That changes what works: the ad has to look like something worth saving rather than something worth stopping for.

It also changes measurement. A longer gap between the first save and the eventual purchase means a click-based attribution window can miss the conversion entirely, and the campaign looks worse than it is. Compare against blended numbers before deciding it does not work.

Which products fit

Visual, considered and often seasonal categories do best: home, interiors, food, fashion, weddings, events, gifting and anything bought for an occasion that is planned in advance. Demand arrives earlier than the purchase, so budget has to be in market before the season rather than during it.

Products with no visual dimension or no planning horizon usually do worse here than on Meta, regardless of how the campaign is built.

Common questions

Does this connect to my Pinterest account?

No. There is no login, no OAuth and no ad-account connection. It reads your public website and the numbers you type on this page. Nothing is read from your account and nothing is written to it.

How is Pinterest different from Meta in practice?

Intent and timing. People on Pinterest are planning rather than being interrupted, so the gap between seeing an ad and buying is longer, and creative that looks like useful inspiration outperforms creative that looks like an advert. Seasonality matters far more, because people plan well ahead of the occasion.

Why does Pinterest look worse than Meta in my reporting?

Often because the conversion happens outside the attribution window you are measuring in. A long consideration period means click-based attribution credits less of what Pinterest actually contributed. Check blended revenue over total spend across the period rather than platform-reported ROAS alone. The MER calculator works that out.

What creative works on Pinterest?

Vertical, bright, and readable without sound or motion. The image has to make sense as something someone would save to a board for later, which usually means showing the product in the context it will be used in rather than on a plain background. Text on the image does more work here than on Meta.

When should I start a seasonal campaign?

Earlier than feels sensible. Because Pinterest catches the planning phase, demand for an occasion builds weeks or months ahead of it, and arriving when the season starts means arriving after the decisions were made.
